Social Media and Journalism
Joel Davis has been active on Twitter(X), but has faced repeated suspension. He is currently active on Substack.[2]
He is a senior contributor at The Noticer, a Right-Wing Australian publication found at https://www.noticer.news/. Joel has encouraged his followers to support and promote the publication.[3]
Activism and Arrests
Joel Davis, like other members of the National Socialist Network, has faced repeated arrested many times for his activist work. Joel, along with Thomas Sewell, have indicated that they want to form a new Australian Political Party.[4]
Arrest History:
Jan 26, 2025 (Adelaide, SA): Police arrested multiple National Socialist Network (NSN) members during an Australia Day march. Davis (identified in reports as Joel Thomas Davis) was later charged with displaying a Nazi symbol (SA’s ban took effect Dec 2024).[5]
Jan 28, 2025: Davis was arrested again outside the Adelaide City Watch House and charged with a second count of displaying a Nazi symbol (police alleged incidents on Jan 26 and Jan 28). He was granted bail that afternoon. [6]
Mar 24, 2025: Court listing noted Davis (29, VIC) failed to appear on the two symbol-display charges; same day reporting detailed the two counts and the Jan 28 arrest outside court.[7]
Apr 9–10, 2025: A magistrate rejected an application by Davis and Thomas Sewell to relax strict non-association bail conditions, saying they were at high risk of re-offending and that “their victims are all of us.”[8]
May 29, 2025: Prosecutors withdrew one of Davis’s charges; reporting the same day also noted a dropped charge against Sewell. (Other charges against Davis remained.)[9]
